- All pavers remain the property of the Kingswood Foundation
- Inscriptions should be the names of individuals, families or grant-making bodies only (e.g. John Smith, Class of 1974; The Smith Family; The Smith Foundation). The names of companies, clubs or societies will not be permitted.
- The Kingswood Foundation reserves the right to approve all lettering and to refuse any application considered unsuitable. In such cases, the Foundation has no obligation to cite a reason for refusal and a full refund will be offered.
- The engraving of each paver will be undertaken by a specialist service provider, but names will not be painted, so as to retain the look and feel of the school’s campus.
- The Kingswood Foundation will have complete control over the location and installation of the pavers and the pathway.
- The Kingswood Foundation guarantees to maintain the pathway for a minimum of 10 years.
- The Kingwood Foundation reserves the right to move or relocate the pavers and/or pathway without liability; however, we will make every effort to keep the pavers and/or pathway in the original location.
- The pavers may become worn or damaged over time owing to natural causes. No liability can be accepted for this by Kingswood Foundation.
- Any amendments to the lettering provided on the original submission form must be made within 14 days of receipt of your confirmation; thereafter, the Kingswood Foundation accepts no responsibility for changed or incorrect lettering.
