Onwards destinations picture:
• 85% of those seeking a place at university were successful in securing their first-choice institution; some of these decided to give up their place and secure an alternative offer via Clearing.
• 95% secured a place at either their first choice or their insurance choice (2022: 87% secured first choice place, 95% first or insurance)
• The following universities were the most popular final destinations for Kingswood students: Exeter (7 students), Birmingham, Cardiff & Nottingham (6 students each), Southampton & Manchester (5 students each), Leeds & Sheffield (4 students each)
• 54 students (69% of those moving into Higher Education) secured a place at a Russell Group university.
• Five Kingswood students secured places to read Medicine or Dentistry in the 2023 admissions cycle; in total, twenty-one of our students have secured places at Medical School in the last four years.
• All of our students holding an Oxbridge offer secured their places
